[Attraction of investments on the basis of concession of objects of a state ownership in agroindustrial complex]

Necessity and expediency of attraction of investments of the private domestic and foreign capital on the basis of transfer of objects of a state ownership to concession is proved, the legal mechanism of concession activity reveals, the design procedure of concession payments for the enterprise as a property complex is stated. The general and distinctive lines of concession and enterprise rent, the accounting and tax account of property, experience of transfer of the enterprises in rent to foreign investors are shown. The concept of state-private partnership and the mechanism of its realization are developed
