The review of diagnostic methods and prevention of avian rhinotracheitis and avian reovirus infections are represented. For specific preventive maintenance of the Pneumovirus infection of birds are developed a number of schemes, but the optimal scheme of vaccination includes at first vaccination with live, and then inactivated vaccines. Live vaccines apply 1-2 times by a spray or drinking, and inactivated vaccines - intramuscularly (to creation of transovarial immunity). Now in Belarus the following monovaccines are registered and applied: Vaccine Nobilis Rhino CV (1184) - for preventive maintenance of a syndrome of the swelled up head of the hens, caused by infectious pneumovirus. Vaccine Nobilis RTV 8544 - for preventive maintenance of rhinotracheitis (strain RTV 8544). Vaccine Nobilis TRT - for preventive maintenance of rhinotracheitis. The associated emulsified inactivated vaccines intends against Newcastle diseases and pneumovirus infection of birds. To specific preventive maintenance of avian reovirus infectionss apply as live, and inactivated vaccines. The purpose of creation of intense immunity in parental herd - decrease of transovarial transfers of the activator and reception of sufficient level of passive immunity at chickens since the first day of a life. Messages on efficiency of vaccination are ambiguous, as it is not known what virus of serotype plays the greatest role in occurrence of disease and what value of heterological immunity in protection. The inactivated vaccine prepare from virulent strain S-1133, live of same strain, the past about 200 passages. In Belarus are registered: Vaccine Nobilis REO inac., vaccine Nobilis Reo + IB+G+ND - for preventive maintenance of reovirus infections, infectious bronchitis, Gamboro disease and Newcastle disease, the live dry vaccine against reovirus tenosinovit of birds, Vaccine Nobilis RE01133 - for preventive maintenance of reovirus infections (strain REO 1133), Vaccine Nobilis REO 2177 for preventive maintenance of reovirus infections (strain RE0 2177)
