The article shows results of research of application of laser radiation in the infrared field of specter for the technology of breeding sturgeons. The following parameters have been chosen: survivability, size and weight indicators, viability, morphological content of blood of young bester sturgeons of Aksaiskaya breed, as well as exterior indicators of produce. It was established that the maximal stimulating effect, while radiating fertilized roe at the stage of organogenesis with polarized laser radiation in the infraredfields of specter is observed with the power density level of P = 2,9±o,2 mWatt/square cm, modulation frequency 50 Hertz, and exposition 60 c
