[Investment potential of agroindustrial complex and prospect of its development]

The policy of positive and negative mega tendencies in the development of global agribusiness and rural areas are identified and formulated. The main limiting factor in increasing the competitiveness of the functioning of the agrarian sector, growth in food production and agro-service in the republic is established, which are investment opportunities in agricultural enterprises. Priority indicators institutional environment development of the agricultural sector of the economy at the present stage are justified: to create an agricultural value added should be able to recover not only current expenses but also to compensate investment costs; agricultural enterprises must have the potential of creating high technologies jobs with salaries not less than 80% of the income of an average of the national economy and the market force (economic impact) on the market of food in the market of food and agro-services, allowing the formation of mutually beneficial relations with the partners. For the solution of socio-economic problems in the article recommended institutionally considered primary, the true modern agribusiness (agricultural production, including the production of their own agricultural raw materials, processing, implementing, waste received at all stages of moving food products (agro-services) from producer to buyer) and secondary agribusiness, which includes the acquisition by any other agent market, economic entities agro-services agricultural products and their producers in order to further their technological, economic transformation or secondary implementation
