Genetic diversity of wheat lines from Sichuan field trial in 2005-2006 revealed by SSR markers

中国人. 为明确四川近年来普通小麦的遗传差异情况,本研究采用微卫星分子标记(SSR)对四川省2005-2006年参加区试的66个小麦品系进行了遗传多样性研究,用18对扩增谱带稳定的SSR引物,共检测到106个等位位点,每对引物等位位点数为2~13个,平均5.89个。SSR引物的PIC介于0.22~0.91之间,平均多态性信息0.498。聚类分析表明,品种间遗传相似系数(GS)变异范围为0.390~0.834,平均值为0.608,品种间遗传相似性变幅较大,表明这次小麦区试品种(系)间存在着不同程度的遗传多样性差异。根据品种间遗传相似系数聚类,66份材料被聚成五类。

In order to detect genetic variation of Sichuan common wheat in recent years, the genetic diversity among 66 wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), which had been taken part in field trials in Sichuan province during the period of 2005-2006, was investigated by SSR markers. The result showed that a total of 106 alleles had been detected by using a set of 18 SSR primers with stable amplified band pattern. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 5.89 with a range from 2 to 13. The value ofpolymorphism information content (PIC) for each SSR locus ranged from 0.22 to 0.91 with an average of 0.498. Clustering analysis based on UPGMA showed that the genetic similarity (GS) among 66 wheat cultivars (lines) varied from 0.390 to 0.834 and the mean GS was 0.608, which might suggest that the genetic diversity among these wheats developed in recent year in Sichuan should be maintaining high level genetic diversities the study was abundant. The 66 wheat cultivars (lines) tested in this research could be divided into five groups based on the UPGMA analysis.
