Estudios sobre el control biológico del fuego bacteriano (Erwinia amylovora burr. Winsl.) con extracto etérico de aceite de Thymbra spicata L.- bio zell 200-B.

西班牙语; 卡斯蒂利亚语. Recientemente se han observado diversos aceites etéreos con efectos inhibitorios contra el fuego bacteriano como una alternativa posible al uso de productos químicos. Colegas turcos también probaron el aceite etéreo de Thymbra spicata en los últimos tiempos con cambios en la susceptibilidad del hospedante. Este aceite etéreo está registrado hoy en Turquía y en Alemania como Bio Zell-2000-B, un compuesto fortalecedor de la planta. En los primeros experimentos de campo en Turquía pudo observarse una reducción significativa de la pudrición de retoños en la variedad de pera Santa María con una eficacia de 64%. En un ensayo en Alemania sobre Cotoneaster salicifolius, bajo condiciones artificiales de infección, se pudo confirmar una eficacia de 84% durante la floración. En experimentos en Alemania en las variedades de manzana Idared y Boskoop, bajo condiciones de infección natural y artificial, se observaron reducciones de pérdida de la floración entre 52 y 43%. Se presentan además los primeros resultados del modo de la acción del aceite etéreo.

英语. As a possible alternative to the use of chemicals against the Fire Blight bacterium, different etheric oils have been observed recently with inhibitory effects against this pathogen. In the last time Turkish colleagues have also been tested the etheric oil of Thymbra spicata on changes in host susceptibility. This etheric oil has been registered nowadays in Turkey and in Germany as Bio Zell-2000-B as a plant strengthener compound. In first field experiments in Turkey a significant reduction of shoot blight on the pear cultivar «Santa María» could be observed with an efficacy of 64%. In a trial in Germany on Cotoneaster salicifolius, under artificial infection conditions, an efficacy of 84% could be confirmed during blossom time. In experiments in Germany on the apple cultivars Idared and Boskoop under natural and artificial infection conditions a reduction of blossom blight between 52 and 43% was observed. Moreover first results on the mode of action of the etheric oil will be presented.
