The aim of this study was to assess the relationships among different milk indicators in ewe, goat and cow milks. Bulk milk samples were collected from White short-haired goats (G, n=60), Tsigai ewes (E, n=60) and Czech Pied cows (C, n=93). The herds were kept in different conditions with regard to altitude, environmental temperature and precipitation. Data were analyzed by linear regression. The most important correlation coefficients were assessed between the following pairs of indicators: fat/crude protein ratio (F/CP) x acetone (A) log, somatic cell count (SCC) log x lactose conc., SCC log x casein conc., SCC log x casein number, SCC log x coagulation time, SCC log x citric acid conc. (CA), CA x A log, F/CP x CA. The values of the correlation coefficients were low in most of the cases and depended on the species.
