The epidemiological factors such as temperature, relative humidity and pH were studied in-vitro for spore germination of Colletotrichum capsici (Sydo) Butler Bisby, the incitant of anthracnose disease of cotton. Maximum spore germination was observed at optimum temperature 28 ° C, relative humidity 95-100 and pH 6.0-7.0.
