In order to studying the effect of manure, application time and splitting of Urea fertilizer and comparison of spring preside dressing with spraying of Urea fertilizer and Azotobacter inoculation of seed on yield and protein content of rain fed wheat (Var. Azar2), on field experimental was carried out based on RCBD as Split plot design with two levels of manure M0 and M15 ton/ha as main plot and 10 treatments as sub plot consist of: 1-Check (without Urea) 2-Total of Urea before sowing in autumn 3-Total of Urea in tillering stage in early spring 4-Half of Urea before sowing in autumn+Half of Urea in tillering stage in early spring 5-Half of Urea before sowing in autumn+Foliar application of Urea (5%) in tillering stage in spring 6-Azotobacter Inoculation of seed 7-Azotobacter Inoculation of seed+ treatment 2 8-Azotobacter Inoculation of seed+ treatment 3 9-Azotobacter Inoculation of seed+ treatment 4 10-Azotobacter Inoculation of seed+ treatment 5 With three replications in follow-wheat rotation at two locations Ghamloo (Kurdistan Province) and Maragheh (Eastern Azerbaijan province) research stations during 2004-2005 and 2005-2006. Results of combined analysis variance of quantity data showed that: The effect of manure on biological yield, grain yield and thousand kernel weight (TKW) was significant at 1%, 1% and 5% statistical levels respectively. The effect of fertilizer treatments on biological yield, grain yield and TKW were significant at 1%, 1% and 1% statistical level respectively. Interaction effects of manure and different fertilizer treatments on biological yield, grain yield and TKW weren't significant. Based on t-student test between two rate of manure treatments indicated that manure application (15 ton/ha) were increased significantly biological yield, grain yield, TKW and nitrogen concentration in flag leaf at 1%, 1%, 1% and 1% statistical level respectively., but this effect on grain protein content wasn't significant. Mean comparison of data base on Duncan multiple range test, indicated that treatments of 4, 8, 3, 2, 5, 9, 7 and 10 compare with check were increased significantly 845, 833, 759, 755, 678, 657, 670 and 622 kg/ha grain yield respectively at %1, as all of it is located in one statistical group, but treatment of 6 related to check hadn't grain yield difference. Combined analysis variance of quality data showed that: The main effect of manure on nitrogen concentration in flag leaf was significant at 1% statistical level but this effect on protein content in grain wasn't significant. Effects of different fertilizer treatments on nitrogen concentration in flag leaf and grain protein content were significant at 1% and 5% statistical level respectively. Interaction effects of manure and different fertilizer treatments on grain protein content were significant at 5% statistical level but this effect on nitrogen concentration of flag leaf weren't significant. Mean comparison of main effect of different fertilizer treatments were indicated that except of treatment of 6, other treatments compare with check were increased grain protein content but this increasing only for treatment of 8 was significant at 5% statistical level.
