The undesirable change`s solicitude in Khazar catchment is bigger than only water qualities undesirable changes, and the critical range has tended to treaten ,Ecological resources ,decreasing the charms of pleasance & Tourism centers,the economical incomes from Marine Biomas and Aquatic Ecosystems. Althogh,it has controlled the point source pollution but it was not occured any important development .in improving of world`s water resources quality, because the Non point sources pollution have the main role in water quality .This investigate showes the role of landuse type on pollution production and Transport in Siah – Darvishan basin. The main aim of research is: Determining pollutants like: T.P., T.N., B.O.D5 and T.S.S Transport from each landuse Area, Calculation the Annual load to River flow, simulation Basin&rsquos Hydrologic and pollution. transport Action , presentation desirable suggest for water resources conservation and Monitoring. The catchment which was studied has 36.2% Agricultural landuse, 63.1% Natural landuse (Forest and Range) and 0.7% urban landuse. At first the landuse Types were Determined and landuse map was prepared by using of Dijital Information Data and other Maps. It was sampled from each landuse Type Run off in 3 Treatment 4 Replication for Measuring polllution concentration. In Modelling part of research It was compaired Model determine with the Recorded Hydrological Data. Then the AQUALM Model was Agreed by It&rsquos sensitometric and Calibration. At last the Hydrological and pollutioin function of Basin were simulated and Model determine was eveluated at dry and wet years. Statistical Analysis showed that there are singnificant difference between each land use type with the others. The Resoults showed that a unit area of urban landuse is polluter than the others, Agricultural landuse is situated in 2th class polluter and Natural landuse is at the last. So the AQUALM is a consistent Model in catchment conditions If even it has not been calibrated
