The growth pattern is model that showed modification of quality and quantity in sugar beet growth parameters reasonably and determine manner of effect of environment factors in the different stage of crop growth and apply the most economic of crop production method and development of planting , crop management and harvesting. The growth pattern of sugar beet has been studied in Khoy Agricultural Research Station for two years, from 2004 to 2005. The experiment conducted with two sections in a randomized complete block design with 12 treatments and four replications. The treatments were date of sampling for characteristics note during the growth season with two weeks interval until final harvest. A verity that was planting in Khoy area mainly (436) was used in this experiment on two dates of sowing (4 April and 5 May). The results showed that growth pattern of sugar beet were similar in two years of study. However the different years had significant effects on sugar beet traits. According to the results of two years, considering root yield and WSC, first sowing date is better than secondary sowing date. Maximum leaf area index (LAI) obtained in first half of August for first sowing date in this area and minimum LAI observed in harvesting time. Deduction of LAI in first half of august until 5 September was indicator for temperature stress and end of NO3 on soil effects. Sugar content increased from main root forming until stage of harvesting. Considering sugar beet content were not significant. Amount of N, NA and K reduced ever from 6 august until harvesting.
