After-harvest processing of Baker's Garlic accounts for a large percentage of the cultivation process. In the first report, I have worked on the development of the machine utilizing the chain conveyor method feeder mechanism. By these means, even the beginner was able to work with the efficiency and accuracy to produce expert-level results, and the expert was also able to work more efficiency than the habitual practice method. However, the root became twisted in the machinery, and the chain conveyor would occasionally be stopped by the stickum if it was used continuously. As a result, it became necessary to clean the machine every other day. Furthermore, it was very difficult to maintain this cleaning solution, and thus a simpler method needed be devised. In this study, the sixth machine that changed the feeder mechanism to the disk method was developed, the efficiency and accuracy of which were investigated, and the maintenance work (resolution cleaning, etc).
