Effect of Planting Depth and Angle of Non-Cloved Bulb Garlics on the Garlic Growth and Yield

This study was conducted to develop an effective production of mechanization system for garlics, in which the non-cloved bulbs could be used as a seed bulb. Non-cloved and cloved bulbs produced from the bulbils were compared in their field performance according to planting methods with those cloves produced conventionally. The most desirable planting depth was 8 cm using 3.5 g 'Namdo' or 4.5 g 'Danyang' of non-cloved as seed garlic for producing high quality garlic.
