The aim of the project was to elaborate and to test sea buckthorn soft fruits processing products that would be used as supplement for strengthening human immune system as well as for patient with chronic hepatitis for health improvement. Composition of the fresh and frozen sea buckthorn soft fruits and from it obtained products have been determined in the work, the optimal storage life and packaging kind of the sea buckthorn processing products have been ascertained, different juice sweeteners also have been tested.
