For the civil organizations who deal with environmental protection and environmental educational will be more important and more important the achievement of the population, the using of the mass pressure to the solution of the environmental problems on the basis of the information. It will be that way as the market performers as well as the public, supervisory organizations dealing with the environmental protection can force into action. The some form of the media has to be applied to the forwarding of the information and in this way is insurable the efficient achievement of the biggest mass. In our country we can discover serious deficiency in this area. The specialists – almost with one voice - consider in the sense forming the television within this the local television the most efficient medium of the communication. Of course it is necessary to the efficient communication to complete the TV appearing with the using of the other media. The short news and the visual elements catch the attention of the viewer but it is necessary the more detailed explication to understand and to work up the information. Today the civil organizations begin to learn already how they can serve the special needs of the television: they try to put forward instead of scientists and scientific explanations the visual elements going by the point of the medium.
