The objective of the study was to determine the quality, aerobic stability, digestibility, and nutritive value of silage, prepared without additions, of whole sorghum plants. The research material was constituted by a sorghum plants. The research material was constituted by a sorghum variety denoted as S1 and two hybrids, M1 and M2, which were ensiled in concrete tanks with the capacity of 6 cubic m. The fermentation coefficient, calculated according to Weissbach, was at 35. The obtaining of silage was assessed as very good in the Flieg-Zimmer scale. The digestibility coefficients carried out from 50.43 percent (crude protein) S1 to 77.50 percent (crude fibre). The silages were characterized by good stability, particularly those of the S1 variety
