In the paper were presented research results of triticale Young's modulus and stalks cross-section moment of inertia. Investigations were made on fatigue-testing machine called INSTRON 8501. Research results gave input data for simulation research and proved that Young's modulus is not constant value but depends on triticale stalks diameter
