The influence of meal prepared from discarded peanuts in full-dose mixtures on cholesterol level in blood and tissues in fatteners

Influence of the presence of 10% discarded peanuts in full-dose mixtures for fatteners on the lipid metabolism in blood has been determined. Replacing ground soy bean by discarded peanuts had an influence on the level of triglycerides in blood serum. Decrease in the amount of estrificated cholesterol in DHL fraction has been observed.
