Also to determine influence of hoof trimming and disinfection on prevalence of the hoof diseases. Examination was made on sixty Holstein-Friesian cows in South-Backa region. During the first hoof trimming procedure diagnosis of the hoof diseases was made by clinical examination. Also we were determinated the hoof growth and wear. We found the most intensive values for hoof grow and wear in group G3, less intensive in group G2, and the least intensive in group G1. Disinfection of the hoof we carried out during six months after first trimming procedure, every 15 days with 5% solution of cooper-sulphate. During second hoof trimming procedure, which was made sixth months following first, we found significant lower level of hoof diseases. Amount of milk production in 305 days of lactation were significant lower at cows with sole ulcer in comparison with same milk amount in cows without this diseases. Comparing amount of milk production in first 100 days lactation of cows which were heal of sole ulcer with same amount of milk from cows with sole ulcer we found significant difference. We found statistically significant effects on calving to conception period in group G1. Comparing calving to conception period before and after treatment inother groups we did not find statistically significant difference. Comparing other reproductive parameters we did not find statistically significant difference between values before and after treatment.
