[The improvement of milk and dairy food production (theory and practice)]

The research aim is to develop theory base and practical recommendations of effective milk and dairy food production, a mechanism of the market that is adequate to modern economic situation. Socioeconomic organization in the fields of milk and dairy food production, processing and offtake in different types of enterprises (dairy cooperatives, dairies, dairy farms and private plots) (названия взяла из списка Agrovoc) is examined. A classification of the effective milk and dairy food production factors is suggested. It is shown that the all factors are interconnected. The main parameters of milk production competitiveness are suggested: quality, technical and technological characteristics, a packaging type and price. A mechanism of investing development is worked out for accelerated investment payback. Necessity of innovation induction is proved, including dairy husbandry and feed production. A mechanism of economic affairs between milk and dairy food producers is presented. The authors suggest a forecast of the sector development in the case of inertial and innovation scenario till 2012.
