The research aim is to prove by experiments the use of biologically active compounds in feeding of gosling broilers and geese of a parent flock for decrease of meat and incubation egg production prime cost and for increase of their quality. The effec of DL-methionin enzyme preparations Avizim 1100, Avizim 1200 and Natufos 10 000 and Se-containing preparation (Na selenites and Sel-Plex has been investigated. he enzyme preparation Natufos 10 000 at a dosage of 0.0055 per weight is recommended for meat production and they are to be fed by wheat or wheat and barley mixed feeds enriched by Avizim 1200 and Naturofos 10 000 (Avizim 1100 is added into barley feed). It is reasonable to add DL-methionine (0.75% on the beginning of growing and 0.57% from the 5 week) into mixed feed for increase meat productivity and meat quality
