The research object is a synthetic plant growth regulator Fetil (on the base of 1,3-dioxane). The monograph describes a molecular and crystal structure of the reacting agent. It is shown that production of the last is high ecological. The data of field experiments are presented; the results of them allow to apply the preparation on the follow crops: salad pepper tomatoes, cucumber, potato, cyclamen, annual and perennial flower crops. A possibility of using Fetil for wheat, the main crop in the Russian Federation, is proved. Regulator mechanisms of the preparation are studied for wheat seedlings at presowing treatment. It is shown that seed soaking in the 0.001% solution and semidry treatments by the 0.05% solution cause rapid alterations in a hormonal balance of wheat seedlings. A stimulating mechanism on plant growth is explained by a significant transit increase of endogenous cytokines with the maximum meanings on the 3 day secondary to weak changes of indoleacetic acid and abscisic acid. Fetil also serves as an antioxidant in wheat plants. The detected properties of Fetil contribute plant adaptation to factors of a stress (salinization, water stress, infection by fungus diseases carriers: case study Tilletia caries). These properties cause a decrease of herbicide toxic effect at join applying. Additional yield has been 390 kg/ha at crop spraying by the herbicide Chiistalan (reacting agents are 2,4 D and dicamba of 0.374 kg/l and 0.054 kg/l respectively) at a dose of 0.8 l/ha in combination with Fetil (0.002 kg/l). The conclusion is that Fetil is a promising preparation of complex protecting and stimulating nature for the modern adaptive crop growing.
