This research aimed to study listening, pattern, contents of program, and basic factors of listener that affects listening of community radio program in Chachoengsao Province. The sample group consists of 402 samples and calculates by using the formula of Taro Yamane at the confidence level 95 percent and error .05. From the study, it was found that the listeners intended to listen to the program for entertaining because the content met their demand. They listened to the program from Monday to Friday between 12.00-15.00, for 3 hours/day and 5-7 days/week. They mostly listened to the program at home and office, listened and work at the same time with others. The listeners wanted professional host of program. The language used was Interlingua and local. The pattern of program in demand was music program with talking switching with songs. The content should be related to art, entertainment and working skill with knowledge for local and outside use. The listeners opined that the program was useful for entertaining and providing news or events. For basic factors that affect listening, it was found that level of education attained correlates with the listening reason. The listener's age, level of educational attainment and profession were correlated with period of listening. The listener's level of educational attainment and income of listeners were correlated with frequency of listening. The listener's age, level of educational attainment and profession were correlated with characteristic of listening. The listener's age, level of educational attainment, profession and income were correlated with participation in the program listening.
