Objectives of this research were to develop clothing and accessories design in fashion 2008-2009 and to study the preferences of consumers toward clothing style and accessories. Design for clothing development and accessories design for teenage female of fashion trend in 2008-2009 and then sewing from batik hemp and embroidered fabrics of Monk hill tribe. The customers preferential data toward clothing and accessories products using were collected questionnaire. with The 100 evaluators were accidentally samples, data were collected and assessed by using the computer program. The statistic analysis included frequencies, percentage and mean. The results showed that 5 clothing sets and 10 accessories sets were suitable for teenage females. The most of the customers preferred in overall viewpoint, mean value of the clothing style number one (4.60) was the highest level of preferences and for the accessories showed that the preferences in overall viewpoint, mean value of the accessories style number eight (4.54) was the highest level.
