Determination of genetically modified maize and soybean were performed with real time PCR. One hundred and eighteen of animal feed samples were investigated. All of which are examined in qualitative (35S CaMV promoter) and quantitative (Cry1A(b), CP4-EPSPS genes) analysis. For raw maize, 35S CaMV promoter was detected in 6 samples (20 percent) of domestic maize and no Bt-176 maize contained. For raw soybeans, 35S CaMV promoter were detected in 13 samples (72.22 percent) of imported soybean and 12 samples (100 percent) of domestic soybean which were contained with RRS for 5 (38.46 percent) and 11 (91.67 percent) samples. The percentage of quantitative of RRS content were from 0.00285 to 1.00 and 0.09 to 1.62. On the other hand in the completed feed for swine was detected in 25 samples (82.76 percent) for 35S CaMV promoter and the RRS content obtained in 21 samples (87.50 percent). The percentage of content were from 0.08 to 1.46 but not found Bt-176 maize. And the completed feed for poultry, 35S CaMV promoter was detected in 26 samples (92.86 percent) and 26 samples (100 percent) for RRS. The among of contented were from 0.10 to 6.23 percent. Only one was found to contain Bt-176 maize and the percentage of content was 2.19.
