Effect of silver nitrate on the multiplication of the callus from grapes cv. ‘Pinot Noir’ and its resveratrol production

中国人. 以‘黑比诺’葡萄叶柄诱导并继代10个月的愈伤组织为试验材料,通过在培养基中(B5+1.0 mg/L KT)分别添加0、1、5、10、20、30 mg/L不同浓度的AgNO3,研究了AgNO3对愈伤组织生长和白藜芦醇累积的效应,结果表明,除5 mg/L AgNO3外,其他几种浓度处理均对愈伤组织的生长产生抑制作用;添加10 mg/L的AgNO3对愈伤组织中白藜芦醇的累积效果最佳,含量达17.884μg/g,高出对照3.6倍;但AgNO3浓度过高(30 mg/L)时,白藜芦醇含量明显下降;当浓度为5 mg/L时,白藜芦醇的产量最大,为18.878μg/瓶,是对照的4.7倍.[著者文摘]

The subcuhured callus induced from grapes cv ‘Pinot Noir’ stem was used as the experimental material in vitro ,and the effect of silver nitrate stress with different concentration at 0,1,5,10,20 and 30 mg/L on the callus multiplication and resveratrol production were studied in this paper. The results showed that silver nitrate at different concentrations inhabited the growth of the callus except treatment at 5 mg/L. Adding 10 mg/L silver nitrate promoted the accumulation of resveratrol, the content reached 17. 884μg/g,3.6 times higher than that of the control. Resveratrol production reached the maximum with 18. 878μg/flask when silver nitrate was added at 5mg/L,4.7 times more than the control.
