中国人. 研究染料木素(Genistein, Gen)对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型血糖和血脂的影响。用高脂饲料+小剂量链尿左菌素(50 mg/kg)腹腔注射的方法建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型。将Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠分成6个组,分别为Ⅱ型糖尿病模型组,Gen高、中、低剂量治疗组(Gen用量分别为30,18,9 mg/(kg•d))、Tween-80对照组及饮食调整组(Gen 30 mg/(kg•d)),另取正常大鼠作为正常对照组(Control组)。给药6周后采血测定所有试验大鼠的糖耐量、空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肝糖原和肌糖原含量。Gen能明显降低Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血清胰岛素水平,改善糖耐量,明显降低TC、TG、LDL-C、肝糖原和肌糖原含量,升高HDL-C及HDL-C/LDL-C比值。染料木素可有效纠正Ⅱ型糖尿模型大鼠的胰岛素抵抗和脂质代谢紊乱,改善肝脏和肌肉组织在糖代谢过程中的中转作用和糖耐量异常状况。_
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. The study investigated the effect of Genistein on FPG and blood lipids of type Ⅱ diabetes rats. The typeⅡdiabetes rats were induced by high calorie feeding and small dose injection of STZ.Ⅱwere randomly divided into 6 groups: typeⅡdiabetic model group, genistein high, intermediate and low dose treated groups (Gen is 30, 18, 9 mg/(kg•d) respectively), food adjusted group (Gen 30 mg/(kg•d)) and tween-80 control group. In addition, other normal SD rats were used as control group. The levels of FPG, serum insulin, TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C were measured at the end of week 6. Genistein can significantly decrease 2-DM rats blood sugar, the content of serum insulin, TC, TG, and LDL-C while increase the content of the blood serum HDL and the ratio of HDL-C/LDL-C. Genistein can correct the level of insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorder, improve key position of liver and muscle tissue in glucose metabolism and impaired glucose tolerance in 2-DM IR rats.
