中国人. 探讨柠檬酸铜对肉鸡生产性能、血脂指标和组织胆固醇含量的影响。采用单因子设计,将420只7日龄AA肉鸡随机分为7组,每组设3个重复,每个重复20只,公母各半。Ⅰ(对照)~Ⅶ组日粮分别添加0,50,100,150,200,250和300 mg/kg柠檬酸铜,49日龄空腹称体质量,计算采食量、日增质量和料肉比。每组取6只鸡,采集血样、肝脏和胸腿肌,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及肝脏、胸腿肌胆固醇含量。与Ⅰ组(对照)相比,Ⅳ~Ⅶ组肉鸡日增质量及日采食量均显著增加(P0.05),料肉比显著降低(P0.05);血清TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C显著降低(P0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P0.05);胸腿肌、肝脏中的胆固醇含量显著降低(P0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ及Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组间,以上指标差异均不显著(P0.05)。日粮中添加150~300 mg/kg 柠檬酸铜,具有提高肉鸡生产性能、降低肉鸡血脂和组织胆固醇含量的效果。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. The study was conducted on the effects of Cu citrate on growth performance and blood lipid index and tissue cholesterol in broilers. The experiment was a one factorial design. A total of 420 seven-day-old Arbor Acres chickens were randomly divided into 7 groups (60 in each group, 20 for each duplicate; the number of males and females were equal). The birds of groups Ⅰ to Ⅶ were fed on the same basal diet mainly containing corn, soybean meal, fish meal and soybean oil with supplemental levels of 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 mg/kg Cu citrate respectively for 7 to 49 days. At the end of 49 d, fasting body weight and feed intake were measured. Average daily gain and feed conversion were calculated. Six birds from each treatment were slaughtered to collect blood samples. Samples of liver, breast and thigh muscle were collected. Blood lipid and tissue cholesterol were estimated. The average daily gain and intake increased significantly (P0.05), and feed conversion decreased significantly (P0.05) in group Ⅳ to Ⅶ. And serum total cholesterol, serum triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, VLDL-cholesterol significantly decreased (P0.05), serum HDL-cholesterol significantly increased (P0.05). Liver, breast and thigh muscle cholesterol concentration decreased (P0.05) compared with the control. Cu citrate can enhance growth performance and reduce blood lipid and cholesterol concentration in liver and muscle of broilers.
