Effects of waterlogging stress on the physiological characteristics of two cultivars of sweet osmanthus flower | 淹水对2个桂花品种生理特性的影响

中国人. 以"天香台阁"、"朱砂丹桂"的2年生扦插幼苗为试材,通过盆栽试验,研究其在不同程度淹水条件下的生理响应。结果表明,不同淹水胁迫对2个品种生理特性的影响趋势相同,均表现为叶绿素含量持续缓慢下降;电导率呈现先降后升趋势;游离脯胺酸、MDA、POD、SOD总体上均呈现先升后降趋势,但对2个品种生理特性产生的影响大小各异。通过分析,认为"朱砂丹桂"的耐淹力比"天香台阁"强。[著者文摘]

In this paper, two-year-old cuttings of Tianxiangtaige and Zhushadangui of sweet osmanthus flower cultivars were selected to study the physiological responses to different waterlogging stress. The results showed that the changing trend of physiological characteristics of two cuhivars was consistent, but the degree of effect was dissimilar under the different waterlogging stress. With the extension of waterlogging time, the chlorophyll content decreased gradually, the relative electric conductivity decreased at first then increased subsequently, and MAD content,the proline content,the activities of POD and SOD increased firstly and then decreased after the 22th day. The results indicated that waterlogging resistance of Zhushadangui was higher than that of Tianxiangtaige.
