中国人. 为了寻找一种比较适合果蝇生长且性价比合适的果蝇培养基,以麸皮、香蕉、玉米粉等3种农产品为主要原料配制不同培养基设计试验培养果蝇。结果表明,以麸皮为主原料的培养基,对果蝇的生长较有利,且培养基表面物理特性较稳定,价格便宜,是一种培养果蝇的理想农产品培养基。[著者文摘]

To study the effects of the three different culture media on the growth of drosophila melanogaster （fruit flies）, fruit flies were divided into different groups and the effects of bran, banana, Indian meal culture media in the diet on development and reproduction of fruit flies （ Drosophila melanogaster） were investigated. The results showed that bran culture medium is fit for the growth of drosophila, which is of jarless physics and lower price,is a kind of suitable farm produce culture medium and Indian meal culture medium is optimal choice to rear the drosophila under the condition of the short of bran.
