中国人. 研究了贝加尔唐松草提取物对粘虫的杀虫活性及其作用机理.结果表明,贝加尔唐松草不同极性溶剂提取物对粘虫的触杀作用以甲醇提取物最强,校正死亡率为17.0%;胃毒作用以甲醇提取物最强,其次为石油醚提取物,校正死亡率分别为40.0%和20.0%;不同极性溶剂提取物无杀卵和拒食作用.甲醇提取物不同极性溶剂萃取物的触杀作用以乙酸乙酯萃取物最强,校正死亡率可达73.9%.乙酸乙酯萃取物对Na. _K. _ATP酶的活性具有一定的抑制作用.[著者文摘]

Insecticidal activities and action mechanism of extracts from Thalictrum baicalense against Mythimna separate were investigated.The results showed that the contact effect of the methanol extract against the fifth instar larvae was the strongest,the correct mortality was 17.0 %.Stomach poisoning effect of the methanol extract against the third instar larvae was also the strongest,the followed was the extract of petroleum ether,the correct mortalities were 40.0 % and 20.0 %,respectively.The different solvents had no contact effect to ovum,and no antifeeding effect to the larvae.Contact effect on ethyl acetate fraction of methanol extract against the larvae was the strongest,the correct mortality was 73.9 %.The fraction of ethyl acetate had some extent inhibition effect on Na. _k. _ATPase.
