中国人. 用盆栽法研究了缺磷和接种丛枝菌根真菌对盐胁迫草莓(品种为‘达塞莱克特’)光合参数的影响。结果表明:在150 mmolL NaCl盐胁迫条件下,无论接种AM真菌与否,草莓植株均受到伤害,叶绿素含量降低,净光合速率(Pn)下降,但接种丛枝菌根真菌和磷处理的植株叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度(Gs)、气孔限制值(Ls)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)均高于缺磷处理,盐害指数低。[著者文摘]
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. Experiments were conducted in greenhouse to analyze the influence of phosphorus stress and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) Glomus versiforme on photosynthesis in strawberry. Plants were submitted to 150 mmol/L NaCl. Content of chlorophyll, Gs, Ci, Pn and plant weight were higher in AMF and phosphorus treatment. Salt index of AMF and phosphorus plant were lower than phosphorus absent plant.
