中国人. 为了解水体富营养化对苦草(Vallisneria spirolis)的胁迫作用,通过静态模拟试验,比较了不同营养水平(贫营养、中营养、富营养、重富营养)培养的苦草根的组织解剖结构、植株氮、磷含量和3种抗氧化酶(POD、SOD、CAT)活性变化。研究发现,随营养程度的增加,苦草根的组织结构紊乱,出现空洞;根叶中氮、磷含量都是随营养程度的增加而增高;苦草叶组织的POD、SOD、CAT活性均随营养程度的增加而上升;随培养时间的延长苦草叶组织的POD和CAT活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,SOD活性下降。[著者文摘]

The anatomical structure of root, content of nitrogen and phosphrous,and the activities of peroxidase(POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) of Vallisneria spirolis in oligotropher,mesotropher,eutropher and hypertrophic solutions were investigated with static experiments. The results showed that structure of root tissues became disorder and appeared void with increase of the N and P concentration; The content of N,P were increased gradually with the N and P concentration increased; activity of POD,SOD and CAT of Vallisneria spirolis were enhanced gradually with increasing the N and P concentration. The POD and CAT activity increased at the earth desiccation stage, then decreased with dehydration. SOD activity of Vallisneria spirolis decreased with stress time.
