显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. This experiment investigated the effects of PMSG treatments on the development of immature mouse ovary. The results showed that ovary weight increased under PMSG treatments. Under the dose of 20 IU, 15 IU, 10 IU and 6 IU, the ovary weight increased significantly compared to untreated groups while there were no significant differences among different dose treatments. The number of the growing follicle has no significant differences among different treatments. However, with the increase of PMSG dose, the number and rate of antral follicle increased.
