中国人. 从陕西榆林苟池盐湖水中分离到1株嗜盐古菌GS1并对其进行了系统鉴定。通过形态鉴定、革兰氏染色、生长盐浓度试验、Mg. +浓度试验、生长pH范围、生理生化鉴定、16SrRNA基因序列等分析,确认该菌为1株新型的极端嗜盐古菌,属于盐红菌属(Halorubrum)。GSl与Halorubrum saccharovorum(U17346)的16SrRNA基因序列同源性为97%。命名为Halorubrum sp.GS1。其16SrRNA基因序列已被GenBank数据库收录,序列号为FJ793266。[著者文摘]
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. A halophileic archaeon strain GS1 was isolated from a salt lake water located in Yulin city,Shaanxi Province. A series of tests were performed for strain identification including morphology characterization, Gram staining, NaCl range for growth, Mg. + range for growth and pH range, physiological/biochemical and 16S rRNA gene analyses. The results indicated that GS1 was a novel extreme halophilic archaeon strain belonging to genus Halorubrum. The 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity between strains GS1 and Halorubrum saccharovorurn (U17346) was 97%. This strain is named as Halorubrurn sp. GS1. The GenBank accession number of its 16S rRNA gene sequence is FJ793266.
