中国人. 采用田间试验,对比了脱落酸(A)、水杨酸(B)、赤霉素(C)、乙烯利(D)4种植物生长物质对烤烟上部叶烤后烟潜香物质和中性致香物质的影响。结果表明:低浓度的水杨酸对烤烟上部叶烟潜香物质影响最大,总酚、芸香苷、绿原酸、石油醚提取物含量均最高;高浓度的脱落酸对烤烟上部叶烟香气物质总量影响最大,类胡萝卜素降解产物、类西柏烷类香气物质、新植二烯含量也均最高。[著者文摘]
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. This paper research the effects of plant growth substance on aroma compositions in upper flue-cured tobacco leaves. The field experiments were carried out to compare and analyse the effects of four plant growth substances such as ABA, GA, SA and ETH on the precursor-aroma compounds and neutral aroma components in upper flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that the most influential factor of precursor aroma compounds was lower concentration of SA,in the upper leaves, the content of total phenols,chlorogenic acid, rutin and petroleum ether extracts were highest, what's more, higher concentration ABA was the most influence on the total content of aroma components of upper leaves of flue-cured, and the content of products degraded by carotene, aroma matter of cembranoid, neophytadiene were also high.
