中国人. [目的] 分析测定刺山柑果实中脂肪酸成分和黄酮含量。[方法] 用石油醚提取刺山柑果实中的粗脂肪, 甲酯化后, 用GC- MS 法进行分离鉴定。以甲醇为溶剂采用超声波辅助提取刺山柑果实中的黄酮化合物, 分光光度法测定刺山柑果实中总黄酮含量。[结果] 刺山柑果实中含有4 种脂肪酸, 其中不饱和脂肪酸占90 .09% , 主要是亚油酸甲酯, 占49 .13 %。刺山柑果实中总黄酮含量为1 .218 g/ kg , 平均回收率为102 .13% 。[结论] 刺山柑果实中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高, 具有较高的营养价值。采用GC- MS 法分析刺山柑果实中的脂肪酸成分, 操作快速、简便。
显示更多 [+] 显示较少 [-]英语. [Objective] This study aimed to analyze the fatty acid and total flavone content of the Capparis spinosa fruit . [Methods] Using petroleum ether to extract crude fat from the Capparis spinosa fruit and identify separately with GC- MS method after methanolysis. With ultrasonic wave as supplement, this study used methanol solvent to extract flavone and measured its content with spectrophotometry method. [Results] Four kinds of fatty acid were identified. The content of unsaturated fatty acid was 90 .09% and the content of 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z)- methyl ester was 49 .13%.The content of flavones was 1 .218 g/kg and average recovery was 102 .13 %. [Conclusions] The content of unsaturated fatty acid in Capparis spinosa fruit was rich, which reserved to be further exploited. Analyzing the fatty acid by GC- MC was proved to be convenient to operate and the results were accurate and reliable.
