EFECTO DE LA RELACIÓN MADERA-CEMENTO SOBRE LA COMPATIBILIDAD DE LA MADERA CON EL AGLUTINANTE

Las pruebas de compatibilidad de la madera con el cemento constituyen investigaciones imprescindibles para el empleo de los residuos maderables en la tecnología de producción de aglomerados. Se estudian cuatro relaciones de dosificación de madera y cemento gris Portland P-250 como aglutinante hidráulico principal mediante el método termométrico con un testigo de comparación. En el estudio se empleó astillas de Pinus tropicalis Morelet. El obje-tivo de la investigación consiste en verificar el efecto que presenta la variación del contenido de cemento sobre el valor del coeficiente de aptitud, su clasificación, la temperatura y el tiempo de hidratación de las muestras. Se encontró una ligera variación de la temperatura de hidratación al transitar entre las relaciones 1:10, 1:9, 1:8 y 1:5, mientras que el coeficiente de aptitud tuvo un descenso considerable de la primera variante a la última, con valores que oscilan entre 95,15 hasta 53,3%. Se presentan las curvas representativas del proceso de fraguado de las mezclas.

The tests of compatibility of the wood with the cement constitute indispensable investigations for the definition of employment of the residuals maderabls in the technology of production of agglomerates. Four relationships of wooden dosage and gray cement Portland P-250 like main hydraulic agglutinant are studied by means of the method termometric with acomparison witness. In the study it was used chips of tropical Pinus tropicalis Morelet. The objective of the investigation consists on verifying the effect that presents the variation of the cement content about the Value of the Coefficient of Aptitude, its classification, the temperature and the time of hydrate of the samples. He/she was a slight variation from the hydrate temperature when trafficking among the relationships 1:10, 1:9, 1:8 and 1:5,while the Coefficient of Aptitude presented aconsiderable descent from the first variant to the last one, with values that they oscillate among 95,15 up to 53,3%. The representative curves of the process are presented of having forged of the mixtures.
