The nutrition is one of the most important factors affecting on quantity of animal productions. For the reason that corn is planted in high surface area and it has also many amount of by product residual than other agricultural product, the possibility of economic use of by products for corn was considered in this test . For this reason three fields of 1.5 hectare area was selected and divided into seven plots and determined factors of collecting , cracking corn by product and seven methods for gathering each factors consist of three replication .Economical factors recoded that such as work rapidity or time , machinery cost , etc. Corn by product cost per kg calculated by various methods and then each of treatments ere sampled with three replications and measured cp. CF. and Ash. Treatments were as follows: In the first treatment we must harvest corn residual from combine and then stems residual must chop by chopper but unfortunately was not able to do it. Corn was gathered by combine in the second treatment, three and four respectively and then the rest of corn was collected by means of worker. Different methods were used for chopping corn residual that consists of the use of chopper for treatment two and the rasher, electric chopper for treatment three and four. Gathering and collecting operations for corns were done by combine in that fifth method stalled bag in the end of combine. In the sixth method was placed combine head lower then usual status. Residual that was scattered on the ground was collected by worker. Seventh method such as sixth was placed lower then common level but residual was collected form a by and in the final collected residual were chopped in every five, six, seven methods. The average cost was 79.65±19.92, 191.74±28.78, 108.16±19.36, 472.15±181.92, 283.9±23.2 and 423.78±14.66 per Rials. The least cost obtained for second method. There was not significant difference between this method and 3rd and 4thmethods. But with other methods was significant difference (p0.05). Therefore in until condition collecting corn residual is more economic by worker and giving advice the method of 3rd and 4thmethods.
