In order to evaluation and characterization of important agronomical, morphological and botanical traits 18 new winter rapessed cultivars along with Okapi as check were planted in seed and plant improvement institute's field at Karaj and five experimental stations including Zarghan, Khoy, Kermanshah, Hamadan and Isfahan. All important agronomic traits including days to start flowering, days to end of flowering, days to ripening, number of branches, plant height, number of seed per pod, number of pod in main stem, number of pod in plant and seed and oil yield were recorded during growth period. There were great statistical differences between cultivars at all locations for most of traits. Also there were significant Genotype×Environment (G×E) effects for yield and assisted on stability analysis and choosing the most stable cultivar for cold and semi-cold regions.
