Some problems and possibilities of financial support to agriculture and rural development of the countries being in transition, for the purpose of process acceleration of European integrations are researching subject in this paper. For that purpose the analyses of experienced facts of some neighbouring countries which have become the members of EU recently (Romania and Bulgaria) as well as the candidate countries (Croatia) and also with status like Serbia have been given (Bosnia and Herzegovina). By this analysis depending on available data for some countries a period of time from 2005-2013 was covered. On the basis of absolute and relative indicators the situation of agriculture and rural scope was estimated and a structure of financial funds for their stimulans and development was given. Besides the significance of the analyses, available European and domestic potential financial funds, the necessity of institutional frames, guidelines and regulations has been pointed out to faster adaptation domestic legislation to European standards.
