In the first part of paper is underlined necessity of conducting transition processes in Central and South-East European countries. It was declared that transitions was occurred through arranged changes, storm full, forced, less radical and steered changes run by old (previous)/transformed government structures. In the second part of paper is suggested, based on chosen indicators that countries in the first and second group have achieved and surpassed pre-transitional level of development, while among countries from the third group, Croatia has the highest values for all indexes. Given indicators are significantly lower for Serbia. GDP value is 29.0% of EU-25 level. Other countries from this group are substantially beneath this level. In the third part of paper, based on presented criteria for creating group of countries, advantages and weaknesses of implemented models of transition in agriculture/economy are pointed out. Special emphasis on land privatisations is given, along with problems that occurred, recommendations and limitation for implementing the same model in Serbia.
