The paper presents results of testing the level supply tractors on family farms in the area northeast of Montenegro. In the five municipalities of the area surveyed a total of 44 villages and 79 farmers. Total area of agricultural land in the surveyed farmers was 425.90 ha, so that the average size of farms was 5.38 ha. Level supply farm equipment one-shaft and twin-shaft tractor was 45.57%, which means that almost every farmer provided a tractor, generally of up to 30 kW. Of the total number of tractors, one-shaft were represented with 30.55% and found wide application in agricultural production hilly-mountainous areas. On average, a tractor comes 11.81 ha of agricultural land per hectare, or 0.085 tractors. Total energy equipment, as expressed through the total nominal power per hectare of agricultural land was 2.05 kW/ha. Analysis showed that the area lacks power tractors over 50 kW, motor drive to all four wheels, which would be applied in the plain area. For the mountain region lacks one-shaft and twin-shaft mountain tractors.
