Euphorbia cyparissias L. extract activity against sheep ixodides

This study pointed out the followings: 1) There are not significant differences of the acaricidal effect of Euphorbia cyparissias alcoholic extract according to ticks species; 2) the extract efficacy is significantly different in correlation with the exposition time and dose. 3) The Euphorbia cyparissias extract can be used as alternative control method of ixodides, being a natural acaricid, an economic and eco friendly alternative, harmless to humans and ecosystem.
