For the first time in Serbia, sorting, quality, sales and application of funds for nutrition and plant breeder of soils is regulated by special law and the necessary laws possed during the 2009th, which wants, among other things, and point out their exceptional importance in the future strategy of improving plant production in our country. However, despite this we believe that without the necessary respect and efforts of our competent scientific and technical services in making the necessary new bylaws customized for the conditions in our practice will not be the real effects of their implementation. For this purpose, in this paper is only made reference to some of the details so far only issued (but fully prescribed translation of documents from the EU-directives and some EU countries) Regulation on conditions for sorting and identification of quality resources for food plants (Official Gazette, 78/09).
