The goal of this work was to determine the content of antioxidants: vitamin C and total phenols in the fruits of Idared apple variety grown under the same agroecological conditions, but implementing two different models of fertilization; and to examine how the storage would affect their content. Results of this research showed that in the fruits of apple, after the storage, the content of vitamin C lowered significantly and the content of total phenols lowered insignificantly compared to the fresh fruits, regardless of the fermentation model implemented. The research also showed that the values of parameters examined before and after the storage were significantly higher in the apple fruits grown by implementing of the fertirigation model of fertilization.
