Ecological aspect of wood production and CO2 absorption in Austrian pine plantations in Serbia

The main aim of study was to investigate characteristics and the ecological aspect of wood production and CO2 absorption in Austrian pine plantations in Serbia. Material for analysis contains 34 sample plots on characteristic geological substrates (limestone, serpentine and granite). In the paper we also present main growth characteristics of Austrian pine plantations.
