In this work we are presented results of the examnation of influence of Caroson and Starane herbocides om microflora in the soil planted with grapevine. Examination was performed by grapevine of sort Rajnski Rizling at the experimental field Radmilovac property of the Faculty of Agriculture, Belgrade - Zemun (Serbia). Microbial researches in the soil consisted of examination of total number of microorganisms in the soil, number of fungi, actinomyces, aminoheterotrophs, sporogenic aminoheterotrophic microorganisms, Azotobacter sp., oligonitrophylic bacteria, aminoautotrophic and cellulolytic microorganisms. Samples were taken 14 and 21 days after the application of herbicides from three depths (0-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm). The number of examined groups of microorganisms depended on type of applied herbicide, time of taking of soil samples, and depth of which soil samples were taken.
