In the conditions of scientific-practical experiment in the Moscow Region the author estimates the influence of aerosol spraying of incubatory eggs with lithium glycinate on the dynamics of the parameters which characterize the erythro- and lymphopoiesis, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity in broiler-chicken of the Konkurent 3 cross under exposure of a technological stress caused by vaccination against Marek's disease. A part of incubation eggs was treated by means of a jet aerosol generator with a 12% lithium glycinate, the other part was control. At the first our of life replacement youngsters of the Konkurent 3 cross was immunized by the AVIVAK-MAREK vaccine (RF) against Marek's disease. The biochemical study of blood was performed at days 1, 30 and 52 after vaccination. As was found, in the chickens obtained from lithium glycinate treated eggs enhanced erythropoiesis was observed compared to control. There was no influence on lymphopoiesis. An increase in the antioxidant activity was expressed in the reduced catalase and superoxidedismutase activity. It is concluded that the aerosol treatment of incubation eggs is an easy and effective methods for correcting the stress state of chickens caused be vaccination against Marek's disease suppressing the lipid peroxidation and raising the antioxidant activity
