On the basis of generalization and the analysis of scientific results of multifactorial field experiences 2006 - 2007 and laboratory researches with use of mathematical methods from the basic illnesses the innovative biologized system of protection of an early potato is developed for soil-climatic and organizational-economic conditions of Republic Bashkor¬tostan. The experiment was carried out in 2006-2007 in 7-field crop rotation. The treatment with phytopreparations: Phytosporin-M, Akrobat MC, Humi-20M, Agat-20K, Binoram, Novosilk, Verva, TMTD SP, Albit, Biosil, Maxim, Ridomil Gold MC - was performed simultaneously applying a complex fertilizer and without fertilization. The effects of the preparations were estimated and compared with respect to the yield of potato, the content of starch, immunizing properties against tuber blight, brown scab. The highest profitability was found in the variant with Albit and Verva. It is concluded that the innovative biologized system of protection of an early potato drom deseases is successfully used at commercial farms in the Republic of Bashkor¬tostan in the year when forecasts of developing epiphytoties of fungous diseases of the potato crop
